Today Duncan paid tribute to the work undertaken by carers - including unpaid and young carers - during the pandemic, and asked Prime Minister Boris Johnson if he would commit to a ten-year plan, similar to that for the NHS, to reform social care over the next decade.
Many catteries and kennels businesses have not received financial support during the Covid pandemic, yet are the first line of defence for local authorities seeking to home stray and unwanted animals. Today Duncan appealed for help and support for these businesses in the House of Commons.
