This year I announced that I would spend each of my periods when I am back in the constituency, volunteering with a cause I am campaigning about in Parliament.

This morning I visited the second generation blackcurrant grower, Mark Buckingham at his farm in Swafield near Trunch. 

This was fascinating because Mark only grows blackcurrants on his 170 acre farm - all for Ribena.
